Short Chapter today. I'm about seven chapters ahead of my releases, I literally just wrote a massive chapter to compensate for this one. Thanks for all the support!
**Lore Bonus***
Fire Nin: Runes resemble floating embers from a fire place. Very little utility, primarily used for attacking.
Water Nin: Runes resemble rain drops suspended in air. Can form into ice. Can be used offensively, or as support through healing.
Wind Nin: Runes stick together, resembling ribbons floating freely in the breeze. Used primarily as utility through Air Pushing (What Elena uses to fly) and Gale running. Can be used offensively if needed.
Earth Nin: Never floats through the air. The runes only appear on solid surfaces. Most versatile utility Nin. Can enhance a users strength and durability. Can also strengthen and manipulate non-organic materials, such as rock and metal.
Light Nin: The rarest Nin. Called Miracle Nin in some circles, it can do many things, such as healing to a greater extent than Water Nin. Skilled users can Flicker Step, a speed enhancement that resembles teleportation. Can also form magical barriers, and allow users to communicate over long distances.
Shadow Nin: The forbidden Nin. It's relatively rare, but a good amount of humans were capable of using it. It was generally shunned in the old days of the Holy Knights due to its resemblance to the Nin used by the Shadows. Properties are relatively unknown, but seem to be able to manipulate space and perception. After Image creates a false image while the user becomes invisible. Shadow Sprinting allows the user to run at great speeds, although they don't seem to perceive the speed, instead it just feels like regular running to them. There are rumors of other abilities, but the Holy Knights destroyed most of the records.
All Nin can form Elemental swords if the user is skilled enough. A user generally can only use one form, with very, very rare examples of using two. Alicia was able to use all five, with the exception of Shadow.
