Thank you for the feedback! Waking up to read you enjoyed the chapter helped to keep the hyper-critical gremlin away. Which, by the way, is super helpful as I need to write two whole chapters today (or 1,212 words) to catch up with my goal.
I'll take on board how you feel about the current naming convention for MC, it seems no one really is a fan of keeping him as [male progtagonist]. I wonder if I can get some cute matchy-matchy names (after all, it's fate, right?). That's a great suggestion, my usual go-to has let me down and I'm already really liking this site from my quick scroll through. Onto the bookmark tab it goes!
Please don't worry! As in a previous reply, no cats were harmed in the making of this novel. As a cat mom myself (and feeder/blanket giver of strays), I think I'd be ugly crying all through the writing of a chapter if a cat was harmed. I've cried for less when watching Asian dramas.
