A neat novel, clean work with developed world-building and relatable characters.
I am just not entirely sure if having terrorist attacks all along is very harmonic 🤔

That aside, what I preferred is the way you managed to make Arwain's backstory moving, like in the last chapters when implied his wings are all he has left of his mother. My favourite moments remain Dingleberry's ones

She may be considered as rigid, yes. Though in truth when she speaks, it doesn't sound (regarding her elocution at least) robotic, I mean she speaks almost always in a very soft tone. The reason her sentences include 'pauses' is because she believes it would be too ''''aggressive'''' else. So that if possible, she rather avoids it.
