I suspected that this realization had to come sooner or later but it was portrayed so beautifully... "Mia is Mia" manual entry (do I sound like an accountant now?) into that book was very powerful. I kinda wish it wasn't spoiled in the chapter title for even greater impact.

Roki really grows, realizing that he has to listen and not just respond or think about himself. He grows so much and so early that I wonder what else he learns throughout the story.
