There’s something really funny about an overpowered cult of players paying respect to an amogus character, and even more so that Alice doesn’t want to mess with them. 😂 I have to give this chapter a 10/10 for the Steve Jobs-Ligma reference, it made me think of the Thanos version.

I’m happy to finally be able to start this one. A sudden thing to spring on someone at the end, I wonder if our MC is the type to agree to something like taking in a runaway? I agree that playing with the space on the page by breaking up paragraphs would be a good idea. Overall a nice start, I like the imagery. 🚂

Even if Shinji can’t fully be trusted, it’s true that he saved Akari and Ryochi in his own way. I do agree that they should tread carefully, but interested to see what he means by “get to know them better”. Is his end-game to try to recruit Akari into the Vipers? I’m looking forward to seeing what will happen going forward.
