It took me a while, but I’ve finally gotten to the end (not including the Omake), and what a conclusion it is.
The first thing I have say is that the main five make for incredibly interesting characters. It’s hard to say that any of them are exactly “good” people, but for the most part they’re all likeable or interesting in their own ways, and that’s made them a pleasure to read.
As is probably obvious by my previous comments, Sachiko is by far my favourite, and in my opinion is definitely the best written character in the whole story. Seeing that aloof and arrogant nature slowly melt away as she fell for Maeko was super satisfying, and I also think her willingness to do whatever it for peace, even if it means spilling blood, is a really interesting character trait.
Hina being the sort of girl that casually suggests a one-time affair, and Yasu being the kind of girl to casually murder someone in the name of love makes me incredibly worried for their future. Something tells me that situation has multiple possible bad endings.
Anyway, sorry for the long and rambly comment, but what I’m really trying to say is that story is great, and I’m incredibly glad I took the time read it
