Lol, guess I predicted Ekko's speech in a way. In her position I'd be worried that they'd turn it back on me and say something like "hate is still an emotion so the pill still would have saved them," but explicitly blaming oppression as a shot at the totalitarian government is smart.
If I were to hedge my bets now, I would guess that the sister is the ringleader of all of this in some way. The timing of MC questioning whether she's on her pills or not being right before we find out that there's other students in this movement seems very convenient.
One thing I will say is that I think this chapter needs a little bit of proofreading. I noticed a few mistakes ("you're" instead of "your" and "here" instead of "hear" for example) and I don't tend to pick up on them very often so there may be more that I missed
