Sumire reminds me of Aqua from Konosuba, except she isn’t useless.
Such a heartfelt moment… kinda reminds me of a scene from my own fantasy story.
Sumire did something to that spear… Perhaps he amplified the spell, but she definitely placed it on there.

Is she ready to have friends, though? She's been pretty shy about that, even had a breakdown when Hitomura tried to be buddy-buddy with her. Helping her with the book will definitely give them points in her book (didn't even mean to make that pun. Just realized it the moment I finished typing it lol)
