Early on before the Pixen Queen was introduced, the lines were short and it's pretty cool that it feels like gasping for air between words. The dragon and their gongs felt very strong and when we meet the Green Dragon, it's words feel impactful. But to me, the Mirrorman was a bit lacking, his words from the beginning was good, but the descriptions felt a little weak, I expected a bit more cosmic horror from him.

But overall, I liked the poem, it's a very nice little story. And I just did another analysis on Ozymandias so I was already in a poem mood :3

Your magic system is still very on in its development but it had done its job deepening your world and getting lore fiends like me excited lol

And reading you giving more detailed info on the shapes and how it effects magic, you gave me an idea of a magic system where mages are also artist, to cast their spells they need a carving carved with the specific shape and size and angle they want, and maybe different materials effects the spell as well

Janus, hmmm… sounds a bit like Jun… And when the illusory Claire glanced at Roki, that was one of the best scenes!! It kinda evokes the same when a doll comes to life, but only that this is an illusion and was probably planned lol.

And more magic system lore :3 Shapes making up a magic circle for a spell to cast… I wonder how you imagined them, because they didn’t sound like the generic 3 layered circle with magic text in between

Sometimes place names doesn’t have to be conlang to be good, it certainly adds to the world but names especially place names blend together over time. The way I name my stuff is a more foreign sounding places is just type out whatever looks and sound good, then give it a meaning later, and take note on what sound in that name I like and reuse it for the illusion of a conlang :3

The city name immediately got my attention, its a very pretty name! And a border with a sense of direction and a description of sand dunes for terrain, a mental map is already forming in my head which is always a massive plus!

And the way you introduce the monster, how you first show off the terror it brings then slowly add descriptions, it's very nice!!

Walden thinking to himself which way is west and calling himself a "surprise" at the end made me laugh, I really love those little sarcasms you put in lol

And fairy being magical creatures, that made me remember that I forgot to add last time, the way I justify catalystless spellcasting in my story and world is to wear something made with magical creatures. Like a robe glazed with pixie dust or something like that. But I guess in a sense, the catalyst just shifted to the pixie dust lol... Another way is to charge the mage's body with mana(anima in my system) and using those to cast, but it'll be more dangerous since magic poisoning is tough, similar to how the party first entered the Land of Fairies but even more dangerous. There's a little more to that but I haven't reveled in my story yet, so I'm keeping it a secret for now, hehe

I think transcending the need of a wand or catalyst is fine and it’s pretty good world building, but just saying a whole race of people just don’t need it because they are magically strong is a little dull… But that’s just how I think and how my magic system works

001 doesn’t have an actual concluded entry for it, but it has like a lot of different stories that could or could not be 001, I think the one with fae and using iron to fend them off was 001-factory or something like that, I haven’t read any scp recently so I don’t remember much…

I think having Claire’s backstory being a bit darker isn’t bad. If it’s going how I imagined, it would probably set a very good ground for Roki to push off of and to chase Claire :3

And my packing process is going well, most stuff are down, leaving only heavy clothing and just boxes of books lol, mostly mythology and folklore and story I use for reference… but no word could express how painful it was to pack up my 300usd flandre figure and 200 nakiri ayame one, saying this out loud I think I need to control my spending better…

The way that Roki almost broke down seeing the door to Claire was just beautiful. Toren being best boi perfectly cheers him up, and calms him down with his ridiculous drawing lol.

Falling into a familiar yet empty room, with only the voice of Roki’s true love, that gave me a very deep hollow feeling (not that the writing felt lacking, but kinda like the feeling where your heart sink or got ripped out)… And then onto Clarie’s backstory, can’t wait!!

Also sorry for accidentally unfollowing, they made the unfollow button bright yellow instead of the see more comments button😔
