Nice opening! I’m very curious about a Noel who hasn’t been on a train or seen the inside of a school before…! And no magic? That’s a nice twist! I have a feeling she’ll do fine without it somehow 😎

What an interesting concept! High level, but only if they’re together 😊

Thank you so much for reading 😍 I’m so glad you liked the character of Ami, she’s definitely one of my favorites 😂 a good person to be stuck in another world with.

I suppose that leaves Souma in a tight spot. We’ll see what happens! (though without knowing the title of the web novel he’s in it’s probably a little more stressful for poor Souma than it is for us 😂 someone give that poor kid a break!)

Mysterious girl appears close up, only to get hit by a football. 😂 you can tell how much you love football in the writing, which is great. Those little details of the training. I kind of wish they were even more in depth! Very interesting.

Yeah, though I haven’t had the chance to go to any festival for a long time. I’m liking the feel of the football festival. Reminds me of living in the countryside. I can already smell the yakisobi stalls! 😂

Grimgar but 80% less insane hell mode. The anime was beautifully done. The novels are great too though I only read in translation. There’s a kind of weird arc they go through in the middle where it all gets a little too impossible, but really do recommend. Grimgar aside I do hope you enjoy reading this one! 😀

I’m in loving this already. Very timely to be reading this on the day we were trying to time our Obon holidays at work. Can’t wait to read more.

Oh, you’ve read some Grimgar!!! That’s always been one of my big influences not just for this but for a lot of my writing in general. I’m so glad you got the vibes!! 😍

I really like the tone of the story 😍 I wish it covered his childhood in a bit more detail though, I think I could have happily spent a whole book learning about life on that farm 😂
