Grimgar but 80% less insane hell mode. The anime was beautifully done. The novels are great too though I only read in translation. There’s a kind of weird arc they go through in the middle where it all gets a little too impossible, but really do recommend. Grimgar aside I do hope you enjoy reading this one! 😀
I’m in loving this already. Very timely to be reading this on the day we were trying to time our Obon holidays at work. Can’t wait to read more.
That’s such a great last book. Makes me want to keep reading immediately. Even just the prologue has a nice energy to it. 😍

This really went in a direction I wasn’t expecting, but it’s great! 😍
I really like the tone of the story 😍 I wish it covered his childhood in a bit more detail though, I think I could have happily spent a whole book learning about life on that farm 😂

A nice start to the story! I have a weakness for grey haired girls so I’m along for the ride anyway 😂
