When I read the synopsis for this story I was quickly taken aback. The first half was generic, it was the usual die and get reincarnated trope but the second half was 🤯…
Two bodies. Existing Simultaneously. This is might be the “new” most fans of the isekai genre have been looking for. Nice!

This was a twist and a half of the prompt.
A foreigner that wasn’t really a foreigner but a foreigner nonetheless.
I loved the story and the pacing was coherent, I also loved that the MC/narrator was an older person because it highlighted the warm relationship he shares with Danielle.

It really felt dumb that the guy could even consider moving on the next day after his girlfriend’s death……but when it was revealed that he had been calling his late girlfriend’s number it felt so melancholic, it sent a chill down my spine……the wordings threw me off tho, but the highlighted story is great
