The fact the town is called Maple warms my heart.
On a more relevant note, I do like the setting! There are a lot of different elements mixing together (with robots, fairies, bird people, and so on). I love this kind of diverse fantasy setting. The school life setting also adds some nice flavor to it. All in all, the premise seems very promising!
