I'm out of the contest now (and I've deleted all of my writing and started from zero), but I think I've managed to find a happy balance partly thanks to you making me reconsider abandoning everything all together. Now I'll write with a different mindset without worrying about deadlines or what's expected of me.
I hope your project continues and this novel results in something you're proud of. I'll be watching!
