and that is volume two wrapped up.
this was another enjoyable read. I would say though, this volume was much darker than the previous one, and didn't have as much memorable set pieces for the matches like volume one did. but other than the dark moments, the characters are easily the highlights, at least the enjoyable ones. the interactions and comedy between all of the characters work very well, and the development for certain characters like utami I really like.
there are also many side characters I wish to see in the next volume, eg Svetlana, that hairless cat girl I forgot her name, and quite a few others.
anyway, I'm not very good at giving specific notes and in-depth criticism, so I hope everything I have said so far helps you in any way.
and now, onward to volume three.

now there is a character I forgot actually started out this volume
was also pretty wild to see her actually use her sledgehammer this time haha
I hope we see more of her in the next volume
my girl's backstory was also quite sympathetic
it was good to see that it wasn't her intention to actually kill her mother and sister
it was also good to see her win another game

well, I wish Daria would have willingly came out to explain things to her daughter, so they can support each other and help each other in their time of grief. I wish it wasn't a condition she had to respect out of losing the game to okisato.
but it sounds like the both of them resolved things properly

whoa, first time ever we see the dominator actually hesitate during the match, and not only that but also lose. but it is completely understandable.
the shock of losing your brother, and another shock on top of that of your mother hiding this entire part of herself from you and most likely the family.
I wonder why Daria is so harsh here
is she just respecting the game or is the death of her son affecting her as well
because I don't think we have really seen her reaction to that news
