The "humans are dirt, demons are fire" thing is very Arabic. In their cosmology, humans were dirt creatures and higher-dimensional beings were comprised of fire. They called then djinn or djinni, which got changed in Europe to Genie.

Not all of them were imprisoned in rings or lamps. Apparently, some are mediocre cooks in hell.

Even with the Heaven/Hell motif, this was the chapter that felt most Bible inspired (Not a bad thing. Shakespeare and countless other greats had major inspiration).

This section had a "forbidden fruit in the garden" component, but also seemed to reference the temptations of Christ (Matt 4: 1-create and eat *bread* when ending a fast, 2- flaunt power, 3- worship the devil in exchange for everything).

It's interesting that you've effectovely divided eschatology (nature of end-times/salvation) into three levels. Most philosophical systems have a single hard dividing line between two levels and few traditions consider three (or more) divisions.
