Yup, it's definitely based on it. The names are also rather obvious references to the regime. I agree some parts could have been a little bit more original. Between the contest deadline approaching fast as well as my tight IRL schedule, I didn't have as much as time as I would have wanted to flesh out the ending and all the historical references. But I'm still glad that you enjoyed it!

Yuta is really living his best life in this chapter. His crush dedicating a song to him, while another girl is sitting on his shoulders xD

I really don’t know what to expect from here on. It feels like we’re so close to Yuta’s emotions finally bursting out, but I still can’t say what exactly will happen. I’m really looking forward to the last ten chapters!

WHAT? Just when I thought the chapter about Emi had closed, she appears out of nowhere. This is so unfair, I don’t even know if I should root for Emi or Lyra anymore😭

But that’s honestly what I really like about well-executed love triangles. You managed to make all characters come across as really likeable, so it’s hard to have a preference. Whoever Yuta ends up with, I’ll probably be satisfied.
