Did it melt all the metal? I actually like that device, it sounds kinda creepy tho. Which reminds me, if instead of superheating the metal it froze it, that would be just as disturbing. Like… sticking your tongue to an iron plate. 😅

That line of dialogue from his dad... what was that?! I wasn't expecting such a huge block of text, but it flowed so well! Your prose is amazing!!!!!! 😱

Now, about the chapter: Look... I don't approve of Kenji's father's methods, but I'm genuinely sad for him. There's always a reason behind our actions, and his are truly heartbreaking.

Maybe there's still hope for him.

I like Souta's personality. Now that's what it means to be a good rival, someone with an open mind, willing to broaden his horizons by considering other perspectives. If only more people thought like that hehe.

Now, about the debate: pure genius lol. I didn't expect that answer to my 'how would Airi solve this' question. It rlly surprised me. I just hope that damn Colonel Smith doesn't come around to bother her.

I can't believe they actually captured Shen-ja! OMG. I wonder if Kenji's gonna try to save his friend.
I loved their dialogue at the end, it was just brilliant. An alien making us reflect on the way humanity's been acting… the philosophies in this story are amazing.

Wow… judging by the pace of the chapter, I really thought Airi was gonna leave and we'd shift into a drama arc. That would've given things a pretty dark turn, and tbh, I'm glad she came back hehe. She's such a sweet girl. I just hope Kenji doesn't go down the wrong path lol.

(PS: I don't remember if I've mentioned this before, but the flow of your prose during these introspective parts (and the rest of the story as well) is on point. Seriously, so good *-*)
