I can't believe they actually captured Shen-ja! OMG. I wonder if Kenji's gonna try to save his friend.
I loved their dialogue at the end, it was just brilliant. An alien making us reflect on the way humanity's been acting… the philosophies in this story are amazing.

Wow… judging by the pace of the chapter, I really thought Airi was gonna leave and we'd shift into a drama arc. That would've given things a pretty dark turn, and tbh, I'm glad she came back hehe. She's such a sweet girl. I just hope Kenji doesn't go down the wrong path lol.

(PS: I don't remember if I've mentioned this before, but the flow of your prose during these introspective parts (and the rest of the story as well) is on point. Seriously, so good *-*)

Okay! This chapter was amazing. I honestly didn't expect him to tell her the truth. I'm curious about why the Force didn't work... could it have something to do with the caster's mental state? I love Airi so much. Omg, I'm seriously loving this story.

I'm glad u liked the themes I brought up and thought it was well written <3
The message I wanted to convey was exactly about being too attached to appearances and losing one's 'soul' in the process (though I did it in a pretty terrifying way haha). Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts on it... I love reading your comments ^^
