Hi hi! Thanks so much for taking the time to read the first chapters and for sharing your thoughts!

I completely understand what you mean. Since these are only the opening chapters, I intentionally started with some familiar fantasy/light novel elements. Part of it is to help readers get comfortable with the world without overwhelming them with too much exposition, and part of it is because some scenes that may seem cliché at first will have a different meaning as the story progresses.

I hope you'll keep following Yuki's journey. I'd love to hear what you think once more pieces of the puzzle start coming together. 🤭
