Okay, so here we saw her past events: when her big brother could trigger her brocon, when her dad became a hot single DILF in your area (I seriously felt sorry for him, btw), and when her little sister graduated post-COVID (at first, I thought her mom died because of an accident. Then, maybe because of a disease?)
Anyway, I love the structure in this chapter (in the end, it's about her past mom), and I like how some parts are written (it's inspiring). What I've understood so far is that the MC basically loved her mom. Maybe I missed some parts, because I wondered why she missed her past mom (what event triggered it, or maybe it was just because her past mom was a mother).
Also, I noticed the tendency to mention belly: "unclothed belly, squishing my belly, across my belly". Or maybe it's just a coincidence. But it just makes me realize that I tend to mention "boobs" in whatever I write, lmao (sometimes).
I think the humor in this fic isn't the exaggerated one (it's good, btw). So when I read the scene where she kept darting to the calendar, I thought, "Oh yeah, I can relate. *chuckles*", but then the mom pic mention made me think, "death anniversary? Or some sort," after I finished this chapter.
(Unrelated to this chapter, I heard rumors about a terminally ill mom and a big chapter reorder. And whisky. So I'm wondering if I should wait or continue.)
I saw the announcement back then, and I was happy about it.
