What happened to Takako? I understand the focus is on Shiotani, but aside from Saki's eyes darting to her once, she was never mentioned - which is odd, because she's literally in the same room, and Shiotani is treating her. No difference? The same? Dazed? Catatonic? Asleep? I thought Saki would at least describe her from her perspective, but her attention was solely on Shiotani. Even when her eyes darted to Takako, there was no description.

Seiji is gonna start ghostbusting now! Fitting, given he's responsible for a shrine.

To clarify, I think you mentioned it's more that Yuki made a promise to stop fighting in hopes that his good behavior will be rewarded with his mom's recovery (that's certainly what kids do), and less Yuki blaming himself for his mom's death, and I think that's much better!
