I'm kind of confused, so the chapter opens with Elle reporting, Cal speaking, then Wells piloting his Jiao. Then all of a sudden...Angsar? Who's piloting a Njord?

I assumed the last couple of paragraphs, where the Njord is getting damaged and "he" was wondering about the weapons, the "he" refers to Angsar and not Wells, right?

Some suggestions, but more with logistics rather than the story itself, which is interesting. Your chapters are long, so I propose you cut them up I to shorter chunks when you post them. Secondly, you might want to space out the posting, like one a day, rather than all 12 gigantic chapters at once. You will intimidate potential readers!
