An enormous meteorite falls to planet Earth, destroying any human creation and leaving trails of death. All natural energies are absorbed (water, fire, electricity...) and completely disappeared.
But apparently, one area remains untouched, central Europe, although losing its energies too.
Tenkei Nowak, a 17-year-old Polish-Japanese boy, finds an odd glowing stone on the ground that seems to contain the power of electricity...
