I can understand your reasoning for how your review. Honestly, if more people did even a quarter of your described process, there would be better reviews all around. I've seen too many reviews that do the opposite.
I understand the concerns about sounding "arrogant" or "naive." I can't speak for everyone, but I personally don't mind. Especially on a site with the limitations you describe, I can understand it makes it more difficult. I find it very useful to see little bits every now and then as it helps convey to me where the audience is. I think of it as, if something is way off due to not knowing the "big picture," then that I know I need to clean up the foreshadowing a bit. If it is close, then I have laid the foundation effectively. If it is exactly right, then maybe I put too much down. 😂 I think it's a fun quirk about the webnovel format, but perhaps I'm just weird.
I can understand your passing on the question of arc two as filler. My hope, though it might sound a little arrogant to say, is that past arcs build-up to the future in a similar manner to One Piece. Though, I doubt this story will be on the same level. 🤣
I'm glad to hear you enjoyed it. Above any grand, lofty goals for the way the story goes, I ultimately want it to be something people can enjoy. 😀
