Thank you so much for your feedback! Reading comments like these really make my day and I just want to let you know how much I appreciate it. I'm glad you enjoyed this story more than you thought you would and that you vibed with the characters. They really are all just so awkward and I love them for that. Being from Akira's perspective as an overthinker is definitely an interesting one; I wanted to include a lot of his perspective without ever bogging down the narrative with only his perspective, hopefully weaving dialogue and action in with that as we go along. In my editing phase and for writing future chapters I will definitely keep in mind your comment about the sort of flow disruption that happens at times due to his constant inner monologue during dialogue. Although I want his anxiety and his constant erratic thoughts to be known and prevalent as they seem crucial to his character, I never want that sort of thing to have an impact on flow and readability so I appreciate you bringing your thoughts on this matter to my attention.
