While this is pretty much logical, a professional coach usually stick to their minute placements with only a little time difference.
Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but reserves are NOT allowed to play if they are registered as reserve in the NBA. The reason is that, you are allowed to have twelve active players, and 3 inactive players (which here the reserve such as Keith and Alex) that can be subbed in when one of the active players couldn't play for some reason.
Again, before the match, there can be only twelve guy that registered for a match. It suck to be Keith, but rules is rules.
