I borrowed this name from something I actually heard at a spy museum.

Thanks! I was trying to really get into the spy world feeling with this scene

I ALWAYS KNEW HE WAS EVIL!

I'm glad you liked it! When I wrote it, I remember wanting it to end on a big cliff hanger because I wanted it to get picked up so I could do more with the series. I will def will start it back up since some people have seemed to really enjoy it.
As someone with siblings, seeing one spiral out like this would make me spiral out too haha
Tochi actually knows more than he thinks he does! I can't wait to go deeper into it with vol 2
And worse it does! This is the same Jason who was the bloody man, went crazy from blood loss and ended up dead on a car in the last chapter. To make it worse, even though he completed his mission of delivering the message, Noa got to it so in the end, the overall mission failed.
Yeah Noa's week is going pretty bad
True, Jack is pushing his buttons! Jack is a bit of a jerk in this scene, but then again his friend did cause a massive attack where people died and he didn't rat him out. He's the 'complain but never betray' type of friend
Her fate has been sealed
Donna is one of my favorite characters to write of all time!

We all make mistakes and are often the cause of our own problems. It's what you do afterward that shows your true character and you will see that Noa doesn't roll over for anyone
Noa is the type of guy to act first and never think later. That's why I love him though. There's something so honest about someone who doesn't know everything, but just tries his best. He's not some superior person in any regard, but that's what makes him human and a great protagonist. It doesn't matter how out matched he is, his "super power" is that he doesn't give up till he wins. A smart person always can see the downsides, but he can't so he's able to push forward.
Donna is honestly my favorite character to write! Expect a lot more of her to come!
