I will make one reply for all of the comments, i dont want to overcrowd the comments section with my own replies 
Thank you for the read and the detailed analysis! I relate to these days being hectic and you weren't mean at all!
I would say a lot of the things you pointed out comes down to the word limits and the time constraints of the competition, if i had more time and wasnt bound to keep an average word count of 1500 it would have been structured much differently and some parts, especially the early chapters would have been different. But alas it is the way it is. I agree that having 9 of them so soon is an issue, IMO its the biggest issue with the early part, but each of them has their moment of spotlight in the story and their time to shine later on, so i think if you continue you will get to know them quite well😁
I really appreciate your dedication but you really dont need to review every single chapter with such detail😅, unless you really want to ofcourse, i would suggest just read, enjoy and post your thoughts, opinions and observations as you go. Thank you again for the read and the critique, you gave me a lot to think about and I hope you enjoy the stuff that comes next in the story
