Oh, her survivor's guilt makes a lot of sense, sadly. Even if it by no means was her fault, that would be hard to shake...

At least she seems to be enjoying her work and her art experiments... and I'm pretty sure she's about to get that sweater delivered... perhaps with some more hope and reasons to live for.

I like the POV shift and the idea of doing it as a diary entry. I always enjoy epistolary forms.

Also, poor Nina. The anxiety is really controlling her -- and then she's being brave, only to be met by those jerk organizers... triggering something that sounds somewhere between trauma response and a panic attack... But I have hope that the next part of the diary entry covering the dinner with Mel is more positive...
