Thanks a lot (and sorry for the late reply). I'm also usually not a big fan of changing POV inside a chapter, but I, too, felt that it worked here. And I wanted/needed to give the readers just a glimpse of what Aster knows.
I must admit it was a lot of fun writing a main character who didn't know anything about isekai, or common anime tropes.

Haha, yeah, she knows just how strange the brain can behave after an injury, so her guessing she's in a coma-dream is pretty natural. I think. It's been a lot of fun writing a kind, but very practical character into a magical world... does she have a connection to it??? You'll have to wait and find out... 😘

Love the worldbuilding already, and yeah, Rin's definitely better at flirting with girls than he thought... though I do believe his new appearance is helping more than a little.
And, advanced calculus?! Poor dude. I feel for him.

I'm really enjoying this so far. Great blend of sweet and funny, with a small sprinkle of panic on top.
