This is only chapter 5 and I can tell you're already improving. This chapter was very light and smooth. Mainly because it was dialogued based, but regardless of that it flowed very well.
My only critique would be when you have a lot of dialogue in a row, and especially more than one character around, it can sometimes be confusing who's saying which line. However, this might just be my own personal preference in terms of reading and writing, it's not a rule or anything.

My only critique is that you would put some words in caps but end the sentence in a period. For example, "NO WAY." - I feel like the punctuation should be an exclamation mark to match the intensity of the caps.
Other than that, really fun chapter. Loved seeing the family dynamic ❤️
