What is an Achievement?

This chapter was longer than the previous ones and I'm grateful for it because we got to know more about Gin, his relationship with his friend and these two new girls who transferred, especially Ringo who seems to be the focus of attention. The way you break the ice was brilliant by the way, the "This is a Work of Fiction" part. Made me chuckle. Returning to the story per see, I'm digging this slice-of-life/sci-fi/mild psychological turn it has? Like, as of now we have it very slice-of-life-ish however is during a sci-fi environment where everything is at the moment controlled by machines due to the incident of the soundwaves and psychological due to Gin's thoughts... although you could say more philosophical than psychological, haha.
I didn't find it lacklustre at all! In fact, I do feel we the readers are getting feed bit by bit part of the plot. I'm genuinely enjoying the rhetorical questions Gin has at a certain point. The ones about how would the people react if the World went quiet as well as choosing between you and the world, it reminds me of a Visual Novel I played years ago, Rewrite. In any case, we are introduced more and more into how Gin's life is, his dedication to art, how's his relationship with his friends and the way how he tries to act very level-headed while containing happiness inside of him while watching his work being exhibited in the Art Club room.
Okay so, we have more explanations about this world and I find interesting the fact of how the soundwaves affect the locals. About that though, I felt as if the advisor was just there to expose to us the reader this information, which isn't bad but it felt to me that way, perhaps I'm wrong haha. In any case, it was engaging to see how even though this is chapter two we already get all this information and we can start making theories or having it in the back of our minds as a constant reminder to go making hypothesis as the story goes on!
Here I am again! Gin has a strong personality and for now, it's really amusing. The worldbuilding seems pretty much set in stone and I enjoy that a lot. It even has a backstory which we are right of the bat introduced to which isn't bad at all! It seems our protagonist as well seems to struggle with being normal and I wonder why. It also raises the question of what they consider "normal" and what does this society of Orio classifies as "normal" behaviour.
I'll keep on reading!

This seems promising so far even if you call it cringe! I think we all write cringe stuff at the beginning when we first experiment as authors and learn little by little from our mistakes to improve ourselves. I'll catch up with this as fast as I can, it piqued my interest!
The Light Novel cover looks amazing and after reading this prologue I can say this is going to be a while rise. The world-building and lore caught my attention super quickly, so I'll do my best to be up to date!
