TYSM for your feedback Bubs! The first draft was actually shorter than the current rewrite, after it was brought up the dialogue between Noah and Dolly wasn't natural at all so I am honestly surprised you think it's the strongest (guess it shows people are different OTL)
The scenes I added do have the intention of shaping their characters a little more outside the fast-paced action scenes, but I can definitely see how the transition falls short when it jumps between slow and fast-paced moments. As I am not exactly fond of chapters 1 and 2 just yet, so I really hope chapter 3+ was written better QwQ TYSM for reading, please take a break when you need it, I appreciate you so much!! <3
