For real, I like how close your writing to YA novels nowadays. It fantasizes me like Percy Jackson, Harry Potter, or Artemis Fowl (I'm still reading those titles because I'm a slow reader, and I tend to re-read certain part. And I somehow do the same to your novel) I like your vocab, your arrangement, your dialogue, in short everything! Please keep on writing.

Logan being understanding makes my day. I mean, he initially refused to let Arthur go. Yet, he still asked how Arthur underwent his day and such, and he listened to Arthur's complaint. He even persuaded the son about what a norm in war was. Fuhhh.
I've been in a platoon, and Colonel William reminded me of my past. It feels as if you're in the troop, or were you in one before? But this chapter introduces new character, who I guess he will be either a friend or foe. Hmmm Still early to assume *think deeply*
And I thought Arthur would turn back to Logan to treasure him as well *weep*. I guess that's maturity to Arthur. Poor Logan just afraid of losing Arthur but Arthur has promised to be safe,

It hurt me, really. They were laughing together and then the news came up. Arthur was just feeling the need to join the army, but Logan didn't allow it. For sure he would, he was afraid of losing his one and only son 😭
Our Arthus has grown up and matured. I'm a proud mom *cough* I mean, I'm proud as a reader 😍 but I agree with Logan's opinion. We will lose someone in our life, whether s/he is as important or just mere contacts, but still, death is unavoidably saddening. I can't blame Arthur to think like that though.
