Yay, she lives. I was fully expecting the coin toss to somehow not be fair when it was mentioned, but maybe there wasn't a trick to it after all? Maybe. Or... Now that I think about it, tails was the bad outcome in the previous chapter, so I guess Lev must have chosen tails to be the outcome favourable to him this time in case there actually was a trick to it, or maybe I'm just reading too much into things.
