Yeah Mai isn't exactly in her right mind right now, so she doesn't have much ground to accuse Noriko of the same.
But I love how you compared and contrasted each girl's mental states, since the chapter's point was sort of for people to decide who they'd rather trust: Noriko or Mai.
Clearly both girls have questionable ideologies as well, so it remains to be seen how that will serve them in the future.
