Yes, im sure theyre not friends. Tomo said she woldnt go around Minori if only not bec of Yuyo, thats make the fact theyre not seeing each other as friend.Better if you ask me, they could just go and date when someone confessed, while Yuyo and Kyashii are on different situation, which is harder for Kyashii to advance even if she might think Yuyo is interested in her unconsciously, she still needs to make Yuyo interested in love or Yuyo will deny that fact, from what i can see as scenario
