Leaving us on a cliffhanger of that sort ..... Oh now that's cruel 
I'm really curious of June's secret and if there was a next volume published I'd gladly read it!
The characters were interesting and lively, really varied personalities.
The greatest asset of your story is prolly its comical, parodic side. The way it resonates with the readers ... It's like you make the fact of being published on HF part of your plot or smth like that. Well done!
Of course, there are some flaws due to contest timing. But!
It was a cosy and funny read!
