First of, congratz on getting 44 chapters out without much of a backlog!
I think your writing could benefit from some more editing, a bit less focus on the dialog and some more mixing up of dialog, action, thoughts, and narration to keep things fresh. That said, I am probably not the best judge, and I seriously need to step up my writing speed if I want to come even close to your output. (Being stuck in a edit cycle doesn't help.)
