Just as with Toki and Ryou, Fujiko’s name is built through kanji with respect to her powers
Denka in this case is spelled 電家, with the first character meaning “electricity” and the second being the -ka ending added to a lot of professions or practices (mangaka, judoka, karateka etc), so it’s sort of meant to mean “practitioner of electricity”
Denka is sort of like the Japanese equivalent of “highness” or “majesty,” hence the princess title.
Fujiko is spelled 婦磁子
The first character means wife (because she and Toki used to shack up).
The second character is for magnetism, which goes hand in hand with electricity
The last character is just the -ko ending common in girls names
