I'm sooo glad you like Ruka. She is one of the last new characters to be introduced, and she'd kind of my fav beside Yurial. AmiRuka is... Hmm... 🤣
Ami is having a tough time of it now especially, with Tenka trying to make moves for no good reason, and maybe tapping her unique skill a _little_ too hard early on... Good thing she has friends, and fluffy head to pat.
Also, I'm really glad you are enjoying the political aspect of these chapters - I'm sure they'll become even more important later on 😬
Oh, also I don't mind your comment at all! 😊 It's quite alright, I clued on pretty quickly that my idea of "wholesome" romance didn't match with everybody else's 😆 As for the release and continuation, I will be finishing this volume (Altoria Dungeon arc?) in about a week. I already planned out the chapter outlines and release schedule in my calendar, so I'm really just filling in the blanks at this point. It'll sit about 31K when done, so the length is a little short, but I'm thinking of this as a "tutorial" volume. Depending on how things go I might add another extra dungeon chapter, though 🤭
Anyway, since I already timed it for the competition I may as well submit it - not really with much hope of winning, but more as a personal achievement 🤷🏼♀️
When I'm done with this volume I have some other projects I need to get back to which were put aside for me to focus on getting this one out, so there will probably be a little break while that happens. Then I'll put a cover on this, publish a little volume, and maybe get started on the next one. There are still lots of dungeons out there for Souma and Selina to explore! (Beachside city of Nelahim! ☀️ 🌊 👙 ⛱️)
