It actually does have an ecchi tag if you look at the genre. And yes, it does get a little bolder, but not so much that it goes into adult territory.
The statement about 'a gentlemanly jellyfish' in the synoposis was meant to be a strange contrast to the novel title. Was he actually being truthful? Or does the truth lie in the title? That's one thing that I hope people find out as they read on.
