She's asking for favors in return for being his guide on flowers. This subtly ties into the overall perception that Haru's classmates have of him in general - that's he's some rich kid that's hard to approach unless opportunity arises.

Part of Haru's misunderstanding is that he thought Megu dressed like that to stay close to Kasumi. Hiding a tree in a forest.
There's definitely a shift in how grounded Haru's gaze is on Kasumi now. He still looks at the clouds, but doesn't feel the need to escape as often.
