Really, fun start. The characters have unique personalities, but I’m still learning to tell them apart. Interested to see where this goes.

I felt like Bubbles needed a happy ending, since she actually has a similar character arc to Fawn's. I wanted them to really mirror each other throughout the story. Both see other people as beneath them at first, but slowly grow to love the people that they have. So, I feel like Fawn's loss is more impactful if Bubbles is allowed to have a happy ending.

The jump from third person to first person came as a bit of a surprise for me. It's clearly intentional, and it does work once I adjusted to it. I think it's a welcome change for this chapter, since we get to see some more internal thoughts.

It’s not necessarily haha funny, so it’s not like you need to be laughing out loud at it. It is ultimately more of a psychological horror than a dark comedy, too. Even though the first few chapters felt more comedic.

Thank you for the feedback! I definitely can focus too much on character interactions, since generally my style is very character-focused. I really enjoy working on characterization, but you're probably right that it goes on a little long in this chapter.

Unplayable tbh. Need to patch in proper digestive systems in the 1.02 update.
That’s true. I felt like the setting was peculiar enough that some quick exposition was necessary. Maybe it could be a little less obviated.
