I love Kim. She has her heart in the right place. I had almost forgotten about Stina, and see that Kim would use her question to ask about her, says a lot about her. Even if she does not understand her choice. Sometimes the feeling of responsibility gives us purpose and clarity. I just wish I knew what the gnomes told her. Also, it is good to see that Sara is coming out of her funk.

Schopenhauer would say that free will does not exist in the way we think of it. How we behave in the world is subject to cause and effect. Meaning our actions are determined by our character combined with external motives. We are not free to choose your will because we already are our will. It is all kind of crazy, and I am not sure I 100% agree with him, but it is a concept I was exploring.

Wow! This is the cliffhanger you are going to leave us with? So cruel. I understand Citrine. If I knew that I was on borrowed time, I think I would want to experience those things too. To do things I have never done. To be loved and love someone else. But this with Ferris is a twist I was not expecting. This was another good chapter from s master story teller.
