So, here's where you probably want to break out the dialog into their own paragraphs. It makes it easier to follow the voices of individuals and their actions. This is purely for flow. Otherwise, the prose continues on the surreal style, which suits the story.
Surreal start. The format makes me think it was arranged for an ebook. But it's easy enough to read the way it is.
