About the only thing that nagged me about this chapter, personally that is, is Sora is getting a bit of a edgelord vibe with a pinch of Gary Stu.
Slapping the wolf boy for instance. I know it’s a common trope but it seems out of pocket for Sora and counter to his more logical approach.
His speech didn’t come off as exactly inspiring either.
So when the beast people decide to join him, right after he slaps one of their kids AND doesn’t exactly sell his position too well. It seemed a little odd.
I think Sora as he has developed so far, would have approached this differently.
Other than that I’m loving the world building. It’s a strangereal both familiar and yet fantastical.
