Really loved this first chapter Crys. You have such vivid imagery and are building a strong world of lore and mystery right off the bat. The flow of the narrative is nice and smooth. You hooked me right right away and really set the scene before I even knew what was going on. Absolutely fantastic! I look forward to learning more about this realm of fantasy and the seemingly grim atmosphere you crafted.

I'm glad to finally have some time to sit down and enjoy this story, so expect more comments from me in the coming days/weeks.
