I’m getting some T-1000 terminator vibes from this bad guy and I love it. I’m just waiting for a particularly devilish ‘good guy’ to burst in with a magical shotgun, pump two rounds into the liquid assassin, and announce “come with me if you want to live”. But I won’t get my hopes up! Loving the intrigue at this part of the story. It’s really compelling!
