*Makes note to add magic roombas in the second story.* RO B2: Life Sucks and So Does My Magi-oomba--actually, that sounds kind of dirty.
Knowing Phyllis, she would have construed that request as "only charismatic with the heroes of his story" and "increased armour on farming plots."
My guy is just getting hit with the one-two punches. Who hasn't experienced teenage mall trauma?
Hahaha, the call is definitely coming from inside the house, 100%!

What an emotional conclusion. Lots of feelings of aging and reaching the end with those questions of what you had lived for. It’s amazing to see those moments included of Claire wanting to get her moment only to have the rug pulled out from under her. It was sweet seeing all the girls wanting to take care of Erika but also sad to see the once proud spy slowly wasting away, which is definitely a fear of aging. And the ‘forced’ marriage was both happy and sad. We all knew they’d get there one day, but to have it rushed feels so bittersweet.
Loved this conclusion but sad to see it end. Thank you for the journey Steward!
Damn, Yasu got that dog in her. It was great seeing her take control of a situation and eliminate the competition in such a subtle way. I think this chapter does well to truly display her intelligence and planning. I think it also shows how she can not only defend herself, but also scheme. Dangerous combo in a quiet character!
I liked that the chapter began the same way the fanfics did and even gave a nod to them. It made me wonder if this was fanfic or if it was an actual part of the story. I loved Maekos commitment to the task of holding hands and the complications that sprung up throughout the day. Very nice and sweet addition to the story.

This was a very interesting chapter. I really had no idea where it was going initially but reaching the end and seeing the name Erika it all made sense. Very well done, especially the references to numerous identities and being shipped elsewhere instead of the front lines. really ties everything together in her story. It also really shows the character as this talented badass beyond what the book details. This chapter does well as a bonus to the story.
I can understand the excitement you felt when writing this. My house was abuzz when James Webb was deployed. I still get all jittery with excitement every time new data and images are released. And when DART made impact, those final moments were fantastic.
I really enjoyed the different angles of jealousy and consensual non-monogamy here. The lack of communication really comes through and the following moments are well spaced out to build tension. I’m happy that there are those moments of honesty at the end and it seems they are heading down the truly monogamous relationship they both desire. Trust is hard to earn for some people and I think you display that well here.

Never trust the wind. It brings chaos, lol
I really love the introduction to this chapter. There is so much going on, it really does well to show powerful beings simply conversing. It is more a cacophony than a conversation. They appear to be all-knowing, speaking and knowing without ever really explaining. I also love the names that they had; it really gave me pantheon vibes, where their names were the positions they held. Looking forward to finally getting to your work, Jane! ❤️
Such a powerful scene. It is nice to see Yasu have strength to confront the demons that made her life hell. It’s crazy just how committed and blind the bully was—truly a rabid dog that needed to be put down one way or another. I particularly liked seeing how just having a hint at being with Hina again really lit the fire beneath her. That toxic codependency actually pushes her to better herself in the end and truly changes her in the way she helped change Hina.
I know you prefaced this chapter with the fact that it’s mainly worldbuilding but I found it to be so much more. There was always an understanding of Hina and Yasu’s relationship in the story but I found this crucial to truly understanding both of them. The deep rooted dependency of their bonded-from-birth relationship was amazing to have more backstory to. Honestly I found the pace and detail of this chapter fantastic. While it is a stark contrast from the rest of the story, I would have loved to have read it before the Claire issues on the ISS began.

Oooh dirty hahaha. Slowly but surely she’s warming up to TFC—and I’m not talking about Tennessee Fried Chicken.
