Great start for the novel. I really liked the fanstatic setting and how you described each thing going on. Also, the ten year difference is a great starter for a novel of this type, and both twins have lots of potential.
Just as an advice, I would recommend you to add some verbal creativity to each of the description parts, so it doesn't become too repetitive. But still, great job. Welcome and best of luck!
